Kush is a prototype development design for a new 6-star hotel.

The concept will focus on an all-spa facility. All suites will be fitted with an eight-fixture expanded spa/bath configuration, allowing full spa treatments, the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The exterior of the prototype takes into account design representations of spa treatments including water therapy, skin rejuvenation, deep tissue massage and herbal wraps. Dedicated social areas in the hotel will include restaurant, lounge, pool and fitness center. Preliminary studies indicate an 80 suite property as the standard size. Studies have focused on six locations world wide.
